Richard is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years experience, including 26 years as a partner in Dafferns and more recently as director of finance for Rewinding Britain and the founder of Eddystone Miller.

He is a strategic problem solver, innovative accountant and an agile coach

Richard helps SMEs and not-for-profits formulate their strategic direction, build capability and implement growth, profit and change initiatives. Focused on agile ways of bringing change success.

As an experienced facilitator and adviser his role is to challenge ideas and business models, transferring skills to client companies using problem-solving tools and techniques, and using project teams to fix short term issues and achieve long term goals.

Simon is a Business Development Consultant to professional service firms and a growth consultant and facilitator. His source of inspiration is a ‘Restless Curiosity’ which fosters a Growth Mindset - to delve into customers challenges, to fully understand issues looking 'inside out’.

Simon is a passionate Hockey player and coach through which he has honed his coaching and mentoring skills, learning to communicate with all ages and abilities, transferring these valuable lessons to the workplace and recognising the impact that incremental changes can have on team performance both on the pitch and professionally, winning together, learning together and celebrating together.

As founder of The Yellow Growth Company, Simon has combined all his experiences, supporting the growth and development of businesses in Coventry and Warwickshire.
